3. Using DemoApp

4. User Content & Media

4.1 Ownership of User Content

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, messages, and other content that you create, upload, or share on DemoApp. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share your content and that it complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

4.2 Licence to DemoApp

By submitting or sharing content through the Platform, you grant DemoApp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, display, distribute, and use your content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and promote our Services.

4.3 Photos, Videos & Galleries

DemoApp allows users to share photos, videos, messages, and other media through public galleries, private galleries, and other available features. You are responsible for all content you choose to upload or share and for ensuring that it does not infringe the rights of others or violate these Terms.

4.4 Content Moderation & Removal

To help maintain a safe and trusted community, DemoApp may review, moderate, restrict, or remove content that:

  • Violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
  • Infringes the rights of others.
  • Violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Posing a risk to the safety, security, or integrity of the Platform or its users.

Where appropriate, we may also take additional action against accounts associated with content that violates our policies.

5. Paid Features, Credits & Payments

5.1 Paid Features

DemoApp offers both free and paid features designed to enhance your experience on the Platform. Access to certain features, services, or premium content may require the purchase or use of virtual credits or other paid options made available through the Services.

5.2 Credits & Wallet

DemoApp uses a virtual credit system to access certain premium features and services. Your available credit balance is displayed in your Wallet and may be used only within the Platform.

Virtual credits:

  • Have no cash value.
  • Cannot be transferred to another user.
  • Cannot be exchanged or redeemed for money or any other monetary value.
  • May only be used for eligible features and services offered by DemoApp.

5.3 Virtual Gifts

Where available, virtual gifts may be purchased or sent using virtual credits. Virtual gifts are digital items provided solely for use within the Platform and do not have any monetary value outside of DemoApp.

5.4 Payments

Payments for credit packages or other paid services are processed through our authorized payment providers using the payment methods available at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the total purchase amount, including any applicable taxes or fees.

5.5 Refunds

All purchases made on DemoApp are subject to our Payment & Refund Policy, which explains payment terms, eligible refund requests, and any applicable conditions or limitations. We encourage you to review this policy before making a purchase.

6. User Interactions

6.1 Communicating with Other Users

DemoApp provides features that help users connect and communicate, including conversations, messages, icebreakers, notifications, ratings, and other communication tools. Some features, such as message translation, may also be available to help users communicate more easily.

While we aim to provide a positive experience, you are responsible for your interactions and for exercising good judgment when communicating with others.

6.2 Meeting Other Users

If you choose to meet another user or continue your interaction outside of DemoApp, you do so at your own discretion and risk. We encourage you to protect your personal information, remain cautious, and follow the guidance provided in our Trust & Safety Center.

6.3 User Content & Interactions

Information, messages, profile details, translations, ratings, and other content shared by users are provided by the users themselves. DemoApp does not guarantee that such information is accurate, complete, or reliable, and you should not rely on it without using your own judgment.

6.4 Icebreakers, Notifications & Ratings

To help users connect, DemoApp may offer features such as Icebreakers, profile visit notifications, photo ratings, and similar communication tools. These features are intended to enhance user interactions, but users are not required to provide any ratings, opinions, or communications, and they do not represent the views of DemoApp.

6.5 Our Disclaimer

DemoApp cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, behaviour, or actions of any user. We are not responsible for interactions between users or for any outcomes resulting from those interactions. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions and accept the risks associated with communicating or meeting other users.

7. Privacy & Account Security

7.1 Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

This licence does not transfer any ownership rights in the Platform or its content.

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which DemoApp operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If a dispute arises in connection with these Terms or the Services, the parties are encouraged to make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter through good-faith discussions before pursuing any formal legal action.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

15. General Legal Terms

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Payment & Refund Policy, Community Guidelines, Trust & Safety Center, and any other applicable policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and DemoApp regarding your access to and use of the Services.

15.2 Force Majeure

DemoApp shall not be considered in breach of these Terms or otherwise liable for any delay, interruption, or failure in the performance of the Services resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, war, civil unrest, labour disputes, failures of communication networks, power outages, or other unforeseen events.

15.3 No Waiver

Any failure or delay by DemoApp to enforce any provision of these Terms or exercise any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or right.

15.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15.5 Assignment

DemoApp may assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms where permitted by applicable law. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of DemoApp.

15.6 Electronic Communications

By creating an account or using DemoApp, you agree to receive communications electronically, including notices, updates, security alerts, and legal notifications where permitted by law.

16. Account Closure

Users may close or request deletion of their account at any time through the available account settings or by contacting Customer Support.

Account deletion does not automatically remove obligations that arose before the account was closed, including outstanding payments or legal obligations where applicable.

17. Survival

The provisions relating to intellectual property, user content, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and any other provisions intended to survive termination shall remain effective after these Terms or your account has ended.
